Shipping in Norway

Delivered in your mailbox for NOK 39.- Free shipping with the purchase of two or more pairs.

Sleepers are packed at our warehouse and delivered with tracking and notification without extra costs and fees straight home to your mailbox * with our national postal network for NOK 39.- We offer free shipping when buying two or more pairs.

* If the mailbox is locked, if you have ordered so many pairs that the package is over two kilos or does not fit in the mailbox, you will normally receive an SMS or e-mail from us, with notification that the package can be picked up at the post office or Post i Butikk. Have your tracking number ready at pick-up.

If you still want us to deliver to your home, we offer to deliver in a "Bag on the door" for NOK 79.- Choose this option at checkout if this is your desired choice.

Delivery time: 1-5 business days.

We usually deliver within 1 to 5 working days working days after registered payment, depending on where in Norway you want the order delivered and the chosen delivery method. Unless you have chosen "Helt Hjem's" service with door-to-door delivery, we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. In this case, you should receive your order the next working day after the weekend/public holiday. 


We reserve the right to longer delivery times during periods of good surfing.


Uncollected packages

For packages that are delivered to the collection point and that are not picked up within the deadline of 14 days, Sleepers reserves the right to charge a fee of NOK 100.- for the costs that the dispatch has incurred us. The package is sent back to the store. Uncollected packages are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal.

As a customer, you are obliged to follow the status of your shipment. Sleepers is not responsible for the notification of your delivered package. If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, do not pick up the goods or refuse to receive them, the goods will be returned. If you ask Posten to return the goods, and you notify us in advance that you exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you only have to pay for the shipping.


Wrong item received 

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong number of items, send an email to immediately with your order number and we will correct the error.

Returns and exchanges

If, for various reasons, you want to return your item, you can contact us at, remember to state the reason for the desired return. If the return is due to any errors, please document with photos and we will send a code that gives access to return the item at our expense. The item is then handed in at your nearest post office or Post i Butikk.

If the return applies to exchange or the right of withdrawal, we point out that we do not offer free return and exchange beyond the terms of the Right of Withdrawal Act. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the customer must pay for the return costs of the item.
